The Foundry Initiative is THE ONAC FOUNDATION’S dedicated Equip platform, designed to educate, vocationally train, and cultivate a transformative mindset. Through skill-based, developmental, and practical knowledge, participants are prepared to thrive across diverse disciplines.
Acting as a forge, it blends craftsmanship, mentorship, and character refinement into guided explorations rooted in values, unearthing purpose, awakening gifts, and molding futures to drive innovation and lasting impact.

Forged to Lead
The Potter’s Path is the dedicated mentorship, coaching, and leadership formation discipline within The Foundry Initiative, devoted to nurturing hearts and minds through critical thinking and crucial conversations, Kingdom view application, and purpose-driven service. It provides a supportive, transformative experience that empowers participants to expand their influence and lead with boldness, wisdom, and humility, aiming to create lasting, real-world impact.

2. Kingdom-Impact Project
Hands-on initiatives addressing real-life challenges to bring tangible transformation.
3. The Leader’s Journey
Personal leadership formation focusing on managing self, others, and teams with excellence.
4. Strategic Stewardship
Principles of mentorship, management, and organizational culture development.
5. Entrepreneurship
Practical insights into ideation, business principles, and value-driven ventures.
6. Collective Renewal
Community-based engagement and impact-driven collaboration.
7. Shepherd’s Essentials
Lifestyle management, structured problem-solving, spiritual gifts, and competence building.

Program Structure
- Duration: Full-year program with in-person classes held monthly.
- Program Fees: UGX 300,000 per module.
- Learning Model: Collaborative, interactive style of education designed to engage participants and encourage hands-on learning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Complete and submit the application form.
- Pay at least 10% of total program fees and a one-time admission fee of UGX 10,000.
- Demonstrate a committed desire to transform one life, one community, and one generation at a time.
HANDS IN CLAY
Shaped To Serve
Hands in Clay is the vocational and craftsmanship arm of The Foundry Initiative. It develops practical skill, disciplined creativity, and personal mastery through hands-on learning. Participants gain market-ready skills, cultivate a strong work ethic, and develop confidence to turn craft into opportunity. Guided practice, technical training, and values-driven learning enable individuals to contribute meaningfully to their communities and build sustainable ventures.
Program Modules
1. Life-Patch
Practical health skills, wellness awareness, and community impact tools, including personal health, first aid, nutrition, and food security.
2. The Master Mold Challenge
Innovation-driven challenge competition solving real-life problems. Open to individuals and teams with a heart for transformational community impact.
3. Code-Kraft
Digital literacy and practical skills in data, AI, cybersecurity, deployment, maintenance, robotics, and digital intelligence.
4. Applied Technologies
Technical skills in engineering, fabrication, woodwork, construction, renewable technologies, and emerging technologies.
5. Eco-Pulse
Environmental and waste technologies, sustainability, and green innovation.
6. Fruit-Seed
Agribusiness, farm economics, Agro-processing, Agri-technology, and Crop and Livestock production systems.
